Hair removal is a cosmetic procedure that can be done to remove unwanted hair in various parts of your body such as legs , face, underarms, back, chest, and pubic area. It is a cost-effective and time-saving method of hair removal compared to repeated shaving, tweezing, and/or waxing.
Hair removal procedures are safe and effective with no serious side effects besides slight discomfort or redness. These will typically subside after a few hours or few days (for more sensitive skin).
How does hair removal work?
There are different types of hair removal methods, these are:
At Regen Clinic, our laser hair removal is done with the Lumenis M22™ (link to service page). It is a minimally-invasive option for hair removal. Lumenis M22™ is a modular multi-application platform designed with 9 expert filters that is tailored to treat over 30 skin conditions.
Its Multi-Sequential Pulsing works to reduce any discomfort patients may experience during the procedure, by cooling and protecting the skin in between each pulse. This also reduces the amount of damage done to the surrounding tissue of the targeted area.

Individuals with grey, red, blond, or white hair or individuals with darker skin tones may experience less effective results and will need to go for repeated sessions.
Although the results of laser hair removal is different for everyone, the expected results include:
